Through our years of experience, there are consistent questions that arise. Please refer to the FAQs below for specific information about working with Agape Healthcare Staffing.

How do we receive our package?


Mauritius Inland & Rodrigues Island For all inland & Rodrigues Island postage we use the ‘Mauritius Postal Service’. We provide a free standard shipping service and delivered within 2-5 business days. All our packages are tracked and proof of delivery is always provided. Upon loss or failure of delivery Lost Eden will personally track the product and make a personal delivery to the customer. If the package is lost or it’s been damaged beyond repair, Lost Eden will provide a full refund along with a 10% discount coupon on the customer’s next purchase. You may also collect your package. The location for that will be at Hotel de Ville, Curepipe.




What is the best way to contact you?


If you are a customer we would respond quicker via a Whatsapp message, Text and you may even call us. We love talking to our clients too! When will you have the same products again?


Lost Eden will never make the same product later! As for the hand crafted business nature; Lost Eden's production culture has always been about creating unique pieces so our goddesses feel exclusive when they purchase our products. However, if an item is in popular demand we do offer a custom service to recreate certain design, depending on available materials. We do not guarantee custom production on all designs.




How does custom orders work?


There are two types of custom orders that we can take on 1. Remake of previous item w/ adjustments. 2. Personal customer order. A remake of previous item means you simply wants something that is out of stock. We can re-make that for you as well as add or remove parts to fit your complete look. A personal order is if you have a fresh idea in mind and you'd like to get a custom accessory made. If we cannot fulfill your request, we can suggest an alternative design depending on our materials or point you in the direction of other magical hands who may be more quited to your request.




How do I get a personal custom order?


We intend to evaluate your aspired designs closely and in a very personalized manner. This is why we require as much information as you can give us so that we can look around our available materials & tools we require to make your piece of jewelry as goddess-worthy as you are. You may send us a detailed idea of your custom request directly via e-mail to:
deniz.lostedenmu@gmail.com or losteden.mu@gmail.com Upon agreement of design, all custom orders will require full upfront payment via transfer or MCB Juice as we have to reserve materials and confirm the order. Requested designs that span far from Lost Eden's image and standards will be rejected.




How do can I get custom remake w/ adjustments?


The best way to contact us if you like something that is out of stock is simply to meesage us via Whatsapp message (+230 59445589) or instagram (@losteden_mu) along with photos of the product you would like. Thereafter we will let you know if we have the materials available to re-make the product. Upon agreement of design, all custom orders will require full upfront payment via transfer or MCB Juice as we have to reserve materials and confirm the order.
